Car 54-Where ar U? - Calling Beth Lock

It's a good thing I copied to paste this note in one of my blogs - cause an error message came through when I tried to send -You know I will hunt you down-probably got a new server-oh well-maybe somehow you will get this message:

Was bored -I am- bored today - just trawling away - thought I'd stop by your weblog, and take a look see!

Is it just me, or were you and possibly a few of the other mymac writers -a little more- than offended by Tim's comments about his new writer find -let me see if I can quote what has been rolling around in my mind - "he's going places-and we knew him when . . " I went on his blog - and truthfully - I was NOT impressed - I blog/diary to get things off my chest too, but I . . . enough said!

It's a man's world - I got four photoshop books from John to review - I love photo-anything - but I was on the computer New Year's Eve (never have-never will go out New Year's -too many crazy people out there that don't know how to handle their alcohol -god there for a minute I forgot how to spell alcohol-still doesn't look quite right-should I get out the dictionary to see how it's spelled-no-I'll just go get me a beer out of the fridge!-like I could really keep a beer in my fridge-with teenagers in the house!) Back to the start of this paragraph - I threw three reviews together - that night and the next day - Only two of them have ever been posted - and the other day John actually asked me -about the other one- like where is it!!!!!! John is great guy - actually called me from Arizona - think he has been offended - about something or other at the bigmacmag politics -do you know?

Now that-that is off my chest-I feel much better-been trying my hand at selling at ebay-did really good - but got over my $25.00 limit (listing fees)and with our bankrupcy fiasco-and no credit cards-have to wait until they get around to taking it out of checking account. . .blah, blah, blah!

Now I will return with my original question: "How the hell are U doing in southern ut-ahhhhhhhhhh?

;0) Luv to u & ur's -Cyberwise- Trix

pssssssssst:Need to fix a couple of links on your weblog-not to mention your EMAIL-people out there will wonder if you dropped off the planet!!!!!!!!!!!!(been known to happen-ya know, eh?)

I went in to update my checking account information, and I made a one-time payment to be taken out of my checking account. I don't know if it went through or not, (I know it hasn't gone through my bank) - but when I try to relist or put anything up for sale - I get - the message "your account is over the limit . . ." Also would like to know how to pay through paypal, if that is a better option?

Posted comment - February 23, 2003 - Electricity, What is it Good For: written and published June 2002

We had a similar problem here near Seattle Washington. Our power was out for three days in 25 degree weather, while our neighbors on either side already had power. The power company said that we were low priority since they have to fix downed lines that affect the greatest number of people first. Luckily I have an inverter and plugged our older laptop (with dead batteries) into my VW van and could write my reports at a campground. At least the campground had hot showers, and fire pits so that we could keep warm.

I should knock on wood before I write this, but here goes: The power of the written word is strong, even if it is for an online audience. Since I wrote this story, knock on wood, when the power goes out - it usually comes right back on. I truly think that the electricity "Gods" replaced -or- updated all the transformers in my immediate area! (I'll keep you all informed, incase the "powers that be" -change!)
